LARA BOURGUIGNON

Lara’s career in financial services in Australia spans 25+ years and has included roles across finance, superannuation, insurance and wealth platforms. She has led businesses, including Plum Financial Services and AMP’s Superannuation, Retirement & Platforms offer and has extensive experience across both client facing, product, financial and operational domains.

In more recent times, Lara has established a boutique consulting business with like-minded ex-executives, who collectively bring their experience to clients to help them deliver transformational change. She also sits on a number of boards in a Non-Executive Director capacity.
